This blog is dedicated to my gluten and dairy free recipe successes; it’s dedicated to educating and inspiring people, whether they have food allergies or not; but mostly, it’s dedicated to living happily, eating healthfully, and sharing with this online community so that everyone can share delicious, healthy dishes with their friends and family.

Welcome to my gluten free kitchen!

In my blog, you’ll find my recipes; recipes that I’ve tested (…and tested…) to ensure that they are delicious and nutritious. You’ll find that all of the recipes are gluten free, most of them are dairy free (I occasionally use ghee, or clarified butter), and I only use unrefined sweeteners. I will post new recipes at least weekly on Fridays, if not more frequently, so check back often, or subscribe! Also, I will post my weekly dinner plan along with shopping lists and any other note-worthy information that will be useful to you.
